About Our Directors

Tim Bradfield joined Hart Investments, Inc., in 2004 as the Director of Operations. Among his responsibilities, Tim is responsible for the actual rehab process of each of the Hart homes. He determines what will be done to the properties, bids the work out and then oversees the rehab crews. With over 20 years of management experience in the food service and insurance industries, Tim has brought great insight and depth into the day-to-day operations of this company. Additionally, Tim is the owner of Diamond Mortgage Group, Inc. He is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa.

Sherry Timbrook joined Hart Investments in the fall of 2006 in the newly created position of Director of Development. Her 20+ years in media relations, public relations with Hallmark Cards, Inc., and small business ownership have offered the company strategic direction in marketing and future growth. In addition to development work, Sherry also is a licensed realtor with both Kansas and Missouri licenses, and assists Paul with the buying and selling of the company’s investments. Sherry is a graduate of Kansas State University with a B.S. in Journalism and Mass Communications.

Director of Finance, Rozanne Megee, has been a cornerstone of the company since 2004. Her Bachelor of Science in Business Finance has been instrumental in not only handling the accounts receivable and payable for the company, but also the daunting task of managing over 120 mortgages. Additionally she wears the hat of general office manager. Rozanne successfully owned and operated a small business for 13 years prior to joining Hart Investments.

Sally Toney is a new addition to the Hart staff, coming on board as the Director of Leasing. Sally’s extensive background in customer service and small business management puts her in a great position to direct the leasing functions of over 135 rental units.

As Director of Tenant Relations, Ted Stewart brings his unique personality to leasing Hart properties, working with individual tenants when needs arise and collecting rent. Ted was a radio disc jockey for 22 years, and has worked as a property manager for a timeshare resort in Tennessee. He attended Stephen F. Austin State University.

Jonathon Bradfield, Director of Maintenance, joined Hart Investments in 2004. During his first six months, he apprenticed in the field, learning the basic trade skills of carpentry, electrical and plumbing. He now functions as Hart’s “in-house handyman,” responding to maintenance calls from our tenants. He works closely with sub-contractors for more extensive work when needed.
